Order Processing

All orders placed on Remy Valmont are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will be notified if additional processing time is required.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders shipped within the USA.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges for all other countries will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

We ship internationally and offer delivery to most countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
Customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
