Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@remyvalmont.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

No restocking fees are charged.
Cancellations
