Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@remyvalmont.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

No restocking fees are charged.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

If an order has already been processed or prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the order may need to be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.
Please contact us at support@remyvalmont.com to arrange an exchange.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again

  2. Contact your payment provider for confirmation

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at support@remyvalmont.com.
